Your saw blade arives.

The blade is cleaned in our hot solvent, high pressure washer. Then thoughly checked for warpage and cracked or missing carbide teeth.

If the blade has missing or cracked teeth then we will replace the carbide teeth as needed.

Then to the facing machine. This machine sharpens the face side of the carbide while taking as little carbide off as possible.

Next, the Volmer sharpens the top side of the carbide, also while taking as little carbide off as possible.

Finally, the blade is dipped in a protective coating and ready to be returned
